New Lobby Guidelines

At Five Star Bank, we will begin returning to in-person services at select locations based on improvements in county COVID-19 infection rates. The following Five Star Bank branch lobbies are open as of March 1st, 2021:

*NOTE: Our Albion and Hammondsport locations will continue to welcome customers to their lobbies. Our Downtown locations at Five Star Bank Plaza and Fountain Plaza also remain open with temporary hours of 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday - Friday.

If your local branch continues to operate as drive-thru window service, but you need to schedule an in-person appointment, please call that office directly.

Through Five Star Bank Digital Banking, you can access your account information and perform everyday banking transactions from the convenience and safety of your home:

  • Access your accounts to view balances and recent transactions
  • Deposit checks to existing Five Star Bank accounts using mobile check deposits
  • Transfer money between accounts
  • Make payments

Additional health and safety measures.

The health and safety of customers, team, and community is our top priority. Cleaning routines continue to be followed daily, with additional focus on high-touch areas.
  • Hand sanitizer stations located in common areas.
  • Established traffic patterns indicated by floor markers.
  • No coffee stations for customers.
  • No waiting area furniture. Customers will be served on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Daily team health screenings and reinforcement of best health practices.

NOTE: Customers considered in an at-risk group (over the age of 65 or having pre-existing health conditions) can contact their local branch to arrange a private appointment. Our branch locator lists the address and phone number for each of our locations. We will do our best to accommodate you.
