William Gallagher has served in a sales leadership role for several years prior to being appointed President in 2021. Throughout his career Bill has handled and directed teams of insurance professionals delivering risk management solutions throughout upstate New York. Bill is a proud Father of two college age children and one recent College graduate. He has served the WNY community on numerous not for profit boards and currently leads the finance and audit committee as Vice President of the Board at Community Missions of Niagara, Inc.
Andrea Heffler serves as SDN’s Director of Client Services and Marketing. She has been a part of the SDN family for 5 years. She began her insurance career with General Accident Insurance. Andrea is a proud Niagara County Resident where she spends her time with her family and enjoys Fishing, Tennis and Cross Country skiing.
Director of Operations for SDN Insurance agency. Jenifer joined SDN in 2019 to manage the Professional Liability program department and focused on managing commercial accounts. In her free time, she serves as the treasurer of her Home Owners Association, is an active volunteer at her church and volunteers at the Ten Lives club in Cheektowaga with her daughter Evelyn. Jenifer, husband Michael and Evelyn reside in East Amherst, NY.
Josh Watkins has been with SDN Insurance Agency since 2015 and currently serves as a Commercial Insurance Producer, responsible for overseeing the complex insurance programs of many of SDN’s Business clients. Josh is family-focused and resides in WNY with his wife, Joanna, and their two young children, Cameron & Claire.
Chris Shea is currently the Director of Surety and Risk for SDN Insurance. Chris was formerly the President of the Landmark Group of Brighton in Rochester, New York, that was recently acquired by Five Star Bank in February of 2021. In his spare time, Chris can be found spending time with his wife and two daughters, or golfing.
Kelly Grobe joined SDN in 2019 as the Personal Lines producer in the Williamsville, NY office. Her career in insurance industry started in 2015. Kelly is an active member of the Women’s Council of Realtors and participates in several charitable fundraising events. When she is not in the office, Kelly also resides in Williamsville with her son Tanner.
Bill Wadsworth is the practice leader in the Employee Benefits arena at SDN Insurance Agency, LLC. Bill recently merged his Employee Benefits business of 30 years with SDN Insurance Agency. The Merger created additional opportunities for both Bill and SDN in the Employee Benefits marketplace. In his free time, he is hoping to return to a pre-Covid world travel, and walking lifestyle. Bill and his wife of 40 years, Anne live in Orchard Park, NY.
Kelly Shea currently serves as Head of Office for SDN Insurance. Kelly founded the Landmark Group of Brighton in Rochester, New York in 1984, that was recently acquired by Five Star Bank in February of 2021. Kelly has sat on various corporate and community boards throughout the years. When time permits, Kelly enjoys golfing, vacationing on Cape Cod with his wife Kathy, and spending time with his four grandchildren.
