Jennifer Yungbluth has joined the Bank as Chief Experience Officer, responsible for creating a distinctive customer experience and unified employee experience across all delivery channels — branch, digital and phone.

Chief Experience Officer of Five Star Bank

Yungbluth has extensive experience in providing thought leadership and transforming retail, wealth, private banking, contact centers and digital channels for both HSBC and First
Niagara Financial Group. She most recently served as Chief of Staff, Wealth and Private Banking and Head of Digital Strategy for HSBC.

Yungbluth earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo-State University of New York. She currently serves as an Executive Board Member and Marketing Director for the Wheatfield Blades Hockey Association (past Treasurer) and recently concluded a maximum six-year tenure on the Board for the National Federation for Just Communities of WNY. Yungbluth is based in Five Star Bank’s Buffalo Regional Office in Amherst.
