The Five Star Bank Internet Privacy Policy covers both our website, as well as our online and mobile banking system - Five Star Bank Digital Banking - unless specifically stated. When used in this Policy, Five Star Bank shall include their affiliates, including but not limited to Courier Capital LLC.
Personal Information Collected
Our website does not collect personally identifiable information about you except when specifically, and knowingly provided by you. General Information Collected

We set a digital cookie in your web browser each time you log onto Five Star Bank Digital Banking or access our website. Five Star Bank Digital Banking and Mobile App
During your use of Five Star Bank Digital Banking, our Digital Banking Service Provider uses encrypted session cookies to maintain and authenticate your session during each login. If the session is interrupted or the cookie becomes invalid (as may occur if an intruder intercepts your information), your connection will be terminated. These cookies are required to use the full suite of Digital Services and help enable platform functionality, allow multiple transactions without requiring repeated login, and provide an additional level of security.
These cookies do not contain personally identifiable information and are stored on your device while you are logged in. We recommend users log out of Digital Banking to end each session. This will end the session and clear the cookie from your browser. If users close their browser or turn off their device without logging out, the session may remain active for up to 60 seconds before automatically expiring. Once a session expires, any existing cookie becomes invalid, and because new cookies are generated for each session, previously issued cookies cannot be used to access your account.
Advertising
We use advertising cookies and tracking technology to help us evaluate the performance of campaigns or to provide better targeting for our marketing campaigns. Advertising cookies may collect information about how you interact with our website, apps or marketing materials. The techniques do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, or telephone number.
