Impersonation Scams Are on the Rise

Beware of fraudulent calls, emails and texts. 

We have seen a rise in fraudulent calls, emails and texts pretending to be from Five Star Bank in an attempt to steal your Digital Banking login credentials.

How to protect yourself: 


1. Verify before you trust:

Confirm the sender’s identity through a trusted source. Never click on suspicious links or share sensitive details. 

2. Call us directly:

If you’re ever in doubt, do not respond and contact us directly: 877.226.5578. 
 
If you believe you've clicked on a fraudulent link or responded to an unsolicited request, please contact us immediately.
