Five Star Bank is proud to support the arts in Western New York, including through its sponsorship of the Five Star Bank 2024-25 Broadway Season at Shea's Buffalo Theatre for the second year in a row. This historic venue has been a cornerstone of Buffalo's arts and culture scene for a century. Today, it serves as a touring Broadway house and is ranked one of the top theaters nationwide.

Our sponsorship helps preserve and maintain the iconic Shea’s Buffalo Theatre - supporting it to continue inspiring, entertaining and enriching our region for years to come.

The Buffalo Zoo’s Zoomagination: The Festival of Lanterns and Lights

The 2024 Buffalo Zoo's Zoomagination: The Festival of Lanterns and Lights, presented by Five Star Bank showcases larger-than-life displays of Asian and African animals and stunning lanterns. During select summer evenings, guests can enjoy cultural performances, savor Asian-inspired cuisine, relax in the Beer Garden with a specialty drink and shop for artisan-made goods.

Seneca Park Zoo's Summer Experiences and Conservation Awareness Days

Five Star Bank is proud to sponsor both the 2024 Summer Experiences and Conservation Awareness Days at the Seneca Park Zoo. These initiatives aim to raise awareness about global and local conservation issues. Visitors can experience a unique blend of animal encounters, including zookeeper chats, sea lion training sessions, conservation talks, and enrichment activities for polar bears and red pandas.

Greater Finger Lakes

We’re thrilled to support an exciting initiative from the UR Medicine that is aimed at expanding healthcare access to rural communities in our Upstate New York footprint.

As part of an ongoing pilot that launched in January 2024, two Five Star Bank branches serving Seneca and Steuben counties have been equipped with On-Demand Health Stations that allow users to measure and track key health indicators, including blood pressure and weight, and also facilitate live, on-demand telehealth appointments with UR Medicine providers.

The initiative marks the first time a health system has partnered with a financial institution to provide access to care via telemedicine-equipped health stations.
